Having had the honor of working as an educator for 23 years, Mrs. Shahoian comes to Fletcher with 3 years of experience working as a Title 1 / TSP Coordinator, EL Designee, and Instructional Coach. She looks forward to collaborating with parents, teachers, and students to heighten student learning and create an environment to empower students to become independent problem solvers and critical thinkers.
