My name is Ms. Montes de Oca. I have been an educator for 30 years. Throughout my journey at Fletcher Drive Elementary I have had the pleasure of teaching all grades ranging from Kindergarten to Fifth Grade. As an educator I have the opportunity to encourage and motivate students to achieve academic success. I believe every child can develop positive character traits with the right guidance.
